Training for boxing?

Question: Hiya all! I am a 18 year old girl and i live in the centre of bristol, I would like to learn to box. I have no experience of boxing what so ever but i would like to learn. Does anyone know of somewhere or someone i could contact that could help me with this training?

Answer: Ok dont listen to these !(#&$^, just do a yahoo or google search on boxing gyms in your area. they can help you. If you live nowhwere near a gym, buy wristwraps, gloves, headgear and get a sparring partner. Then get a lot of practice, and enter an amature event. see how you do.
